Terms and Conditions

1. Total value of the prize to be won is $799.

2. Promotion starts 01/09/08 and closes at midnight 28/11/2008 (Melbourne time).

3. Prizes drawn 5pm 1/12/2008 with winner announced online at http://www.medicalsupplies.net.au

4. Prize to be won is (1) 8GB Apple iPhone. 

5. If the prize is unclaimed an ‘unclaimed prize draw’ will be drawn on the 31.01.2008.

6. To enter, the following conditions must be met.
a) Category A – Create a member logon to the Medical Supplies Online Pty Online at http://www.medicalsupplies.net.au.  Only one member logon may be created per entrant.  Medical Supplies Online Pty Ltd reserves the right to obtain additional information from the entrant to verify the validity of the entry and to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) Category B – Complete an online purchase to the value of $75 or greater from the Medical Supplies Online Pty Online at http://www.medicalsupplies.net.au.  The purchase must be accepted and paid for prior to midnight Tuesday 28.11.2008 to qualify as a valid entry into the draw.  Medical Supplies Online Pty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order you may submit on this website for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or description of the product displayed on the site, or an error in your order. Before accepting your order, Medical Supplies Online Pty may require additional information from you, including but not limited to, proof or verification of identity, billing or delivery address details. Medical Supplies Online Pty will only accept orders from within Australia and for delivery within Australia.

7. Prize-winner will be randomly selected by a computerised system containing all valid entries.

8. The winner will be notified by phone and email.

9. The winner will be published online at http://www.medicalsupplies.net.au on 1/12/2008.

10. If needed, the ‘unclaimed prize draw’ will be published online at http://www.medicalsupplies.net.au on 31/01/2008.

11. No correspondence will be entered in to regarding the draw.

12. We reserve the right to feature names and location of prize winner in future promotions and to publish the name of the winner for each promotion category online at http://www.medicalsupplies.net.au.

13. Entry is open to all General Practice (GP's), Day Surgeries and Aged Care facilties of Australia only except employees or shareholders of the promoter, Medical Supplies Online Pty (ABN 34 124 445 067).

14. Entering the draw implies acceptance of the rules.
